  • Digestion: Digestion of fruit is difficult if taken in full stomach as it may trigger the acidity problem. If you are diabetic, it is advisable to consume fruits, at least one hour before meal or two hours after meal.
  • Negative impact: Too much dependency on fruit diet is not a very healthy option as it forces you to consume fewer amounts of other various nutritious foods like low –fat dairy products, whole grains, vegetables and lean meat.
